Pegar o layout

Para pegar o html desse layout, clique aqui.
Vá no seu layout e clique em "Expandir modelos de widgets", selecione o seu html todo, apague e cole esse código no lugar.

Se você perceber, nesse lay o cabe vai ser excluido, clique em excluir gadgets, então você adiciona um gadget novo, onde ficaria o cabeçalho e cola isso:
